HiI have vacated the property almost one month still they have not processed my bond amount amd after vacated the property coming up with different issues and not in one go after outgoing inspectionThere is a property agent Courtney and she is very slow always says processing bond amount but don’t reply emails take more than one week to give responseVery worst agents in Bella vista and I don’t recommend please make sure if before accept this agent

Their response for repair request is way too slow. The company took over previous agency and their ability to take care of house is unprofessional. Fixing roof and water leak took me over 4 months. Replacing LED ceiling is over a month and I still haven't received any response.I try to warn anyone who rent a house, please check agency's capability to take care issues. It really matters.
