I’m shocked by the bad review because my experience was the total opposite. Tracey answered the phone in a professional and friendly way, she helped schedule an appointment for a neuropsychologist assessment and explained everything involved, including payment thoroughly.When we were arrived we were greeted warmly and offered cups of tea. The waiting room was softly lit and inviting. Simone then welcomed us and offered modifications to make me more at ease. The assessment was long and tiring but Simone was thoughtful, thorough and extremely professional.They’ve also made accommodations for me before my report was finished to write a letter to my new psychiatrist to assist with diagnosis.All whole experience has been made easier due to the kindness of the staff.

I’m not a patient of this clinic but I enquired as their website mentioned there was loads of availability.Wow I’m so glad they ended up having no availability because the extremely rude lady that answered the phone (Tracey) has no social skills and is blunt and incompetent.The first time I called, Tracey was quick to shut me down and say “her books are closed” then I asked if there was anyone else, to which Tracey responded “no we are busy and no one has availability”I then asked if I could go on the wait list and Tracey responded very bluntly “don’t have a wait list, we have to many clients and it’s a year wait”To me that sounds like a year long wait list?I then politely mentioned that maybe the website needs to be updated to reflect this.Tracey then rudely hung up on me for no reason.I can’t say anything bad about the clinic itself however Tracey has no social or interpersonal skills and needs to get a new job that suits her attitude.Absolutely disgraced by her service.
