I've been coming to Dynamic Fitness Solutions for a couple of years now and am a member of the Group Coaching membership. I love everything about the gym, and go almost everyday. Sam is a fantastic coach who's always there for me - friendly, knowledgeable always pushing me to be my best.I recommend DFS to all my family and friends. Very grateful to be a part of the DFS family :)

My sister and I began our gym journey with no experience a couple years ago, however through training with Sam we were both able to grow and become efficient in the gym. He is patient, encouraging and always gives you a good laugh.DFS is my favourite gym and makes training easy. The gym environment is absolutely amazing and positive, and it is full of people who push you to become the best version of yourself. If you are considering signing up to a gym, I highly, HIGHLY recommended this one
