We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property through Ian & the Newton team. We found Ian to be extremely accomodating, efficient, professional & honest. He kept us updated throughout the campaign, was very prompt with getting back to us & answering our questions & facilitated multiple inspections where he gave us ample time to view the property so we never felt rushed … this was a huge difference to other agents who only allowed 10 minutes to view what will be your biggest investment. Overall he was a pleasure to deal with & we had a wonderful experiencing purchasing through Ian & highly recommend him & his team.

I have been dealing with Newton Real Estate since 2010 when they took over management of my property in Gymea. Since this time I have found them to be very efficient and professional in all dealing. When it came time to sell I did not hesitate, I picked up the phone and gave them a call. Selling was made a bit difficult due to rising interest rates and a falling market. Everything from arranging inspections last minute when it suited us, to quick responses when we wanted to access the property prior to settlement so we could get a jump start on renovations.
