Interesting business methods with this Business. We did a deal last night at 5pm and at 8.30am this morning I am told the truck was sold to someone else! I was aware that someone else was interested however as they had not placed a deposit and I had offered a deposit, Matt said to me categorically that we could still do a deal on this truck I continued to have the conversation with this guy. Interesting methods but a 1 is probably too high in my experience. Perhaps i should put the screen shots of the conversation up?

Hi Shane Cook, your review isn't a true reflection of your experience. I am in the business of selling high end vehicles and if a customer isn't 100% sure and hasn't placed a deposit on a vehicle, I can't pass on other buyers and potentially lose the sale altogether.

Don't buy a truck of this guy Matt. Once you have purchased the truck you never hear from him again.. When I picked the truck up it didn't have a spare, he has promised a spare tyre now for 2 years and I still don't have one. I also bought a warranty with the truck, Matt won't send me the details. I also had my grill blacked out by Matt, it's already pealing off. Do your self a favour and go directly to VDC who convert the trucks. The only time you ever have called me was to attempt to sell me a new truck, I didn't call you about a new truck you called me. Not salty on price at all, you didn’t answer your phone to discuss it and I had a better price from from another dealer. I still don't have my spare tyre , and I ask VDC each time I have a service and try to call you when Im there but no answer, leave a message but no ph call from you Matt. The grill, did you really expect me to drive 850 Klm to get you to repaint it. No mention of my warranty? My review reflected exactly what happened with my experience dealing with your business. Maybe you should learn to answer your ph or return your calls

Matty has been a pleasure to deal with. He’s been upfront with everything and has communicated really well, especially in regard to a couple of items we’ve had to deal with post sale, which is the most important part. Selling the car is easy, the aftermath is where true character is shown! I would recommended him and Aus MV without hesitation.

Poor form by the Owner Matt, told him I will purchase a truck he had for sale and requested an invoice. Matt sent the invoice and within 4 hr hours of sending it he emailed my to say he had sold it, not even a phone call to let me know he had a another buyer. Where's peoples integrity these days, who cares if someone came in off the street with the cash, you're a business and should operate like one, this wasn't some back yard drug deal.
