Unable to cancel. I’ve called, emailed and visited. No response. I have been trying to cancel for over a month now. The phone number doesn’t work. The emails don’t work. The debit company said they can’t cancel. The gym said they can’t cancel. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Stay away!!! I have made an ACCC dispute. **EDIT This is for my son, not me.

Good place for weights and cardio, well maintained.

Great place to work out. Plenty of equipment, clean, and best of all wonderful staff. Being 24/7 is an added bonus, and definitely recommend it. Parking is at the back within the shopping centre, which is about a 30 second walk.

Great Gym! Great Atmosphere! The most important thing for me when i was choosing a gym was the environment and the community factor that blends into it. No one wants to go to a gym when they dont feel welcome". Ive had nothing but positives from this gym

Very little gym , staff busy on watching youtube, tag does not work smoothly and wait for some one other bloke to finish their workout and then enter the gym like you are outsider and feel like you haven’t paid for the membership. Brought my kid one day because i had no other place to leave him and told very rudely and unprofessionally to not to continue the workout.Very small congested place and even more smaller than the normal size grocery shop.No proper equipments for many exercises such as squat , bench press , lying hamstring bench , nothing for calves and imagine only having 4 benches.Not worth the money for such a small gym with limited equipment with al lot of people that congested space. Very unprofessional staff.such a worse place i have ever been.

compared to cranbourne west which i used to workout before moving house, clyde north is very small and not worth the money in my opinion

Been training at Jetts Clyde North for over 2 years now and can honestly say it's the best Jetts in the area. Got all the equipment you need, friendly members and experienced staff who are always willing to help. Also the monthly fitness challenges are always fun. Keep up the good work Adam and Lachy!

Worse gym...Still waiting for my refund, passed 12 daysCustomer service is okay but no results.Also tiny gym, majority people in your face when you are training.Edit 6.01.2021. Took me 8 months to receive my refund.1 star

THEFT ALERT ! Yesterday, my wife forgot my apple Airpod case in Jetts clyde north. It went missing in few hours. When i saw CCTV footage we figured out that late night while this person was leaving Jetts he conveniently picked my Airpod case from shelf and took off. Also discovered that this person is not even member of Jetts. How did he get in ? To me it appears a HUGE hole in their security and type people who have access to the Gym during day especially night times. They do not have lockers and they say there has been no thefts during membership. Seems like an understatement. Members leave their valuables on open shelf i don't think its safe anymore. I have no clue what Jetts team is gonna do about it and how I would be compensated for my loss. Very disappointed :(
