Food came cold.Drinks tasted like soda water. Didn't even receive the second wrap meal.And seriously my 4 year old can make a better wrap. Instead on one large wrap there was 2 small ones. Barely and lettuce and parmesan and definitely no bacon.Great way of spending 70 $Thank for the disappointment one more time Mecca's Revesby

Horrible disgusting dirty service was very poor , got all orders wrong. Served uncooked meat. Never seen a McDonald’s in so bad shape . I am disgusted and disappointed

Ordered a double Big Mac through drive thru but only received a regular Big Mac despite the tag showing double. This is the second time this has happened .

When I went there, all tables were not clean, as if someone used a super dirty towel to clean tables. The kids' area was not clean, my kids couldn't play there.It took them over 20 minutes, just to arrange 3 sundae ice cream and one ice cream cone, with all my family waiting me in front of the counter (because it was too dirty for them to sit down) and no staff serving the whole 20 minutes.At the end, no sorry for being late, all sundae cups were sticky from outside..All in all, it was such a miserable experience with this branch. I will avoid going there ever again.

Only order coffee here which has been consistently good. However, the state of the place is something to be rectified. The carpark and surrounding the building is just horrible. There is rubbish everywhere! It appears incredibly unclean and unkept and cleaning up needs to be prioritised for health and safety at the very least.

Wow! I can’t believe how bad this place is.The drive thru double Big Mac meal I ordered had was the worst ever. Didn’t get my extra Big Mac sauce which I paid for, nor extra onions or pickles. There was only half the amount of fries in there, and the ice latte didn’t even come with a straw!

To start with the service and ordering, always in a hurry, untrained staff, rude and shutting windows before the transaction going through.Orders are always missing main items, sauces or special instructions.Drinks are always 3/4 full with full ice.Today, the double cheese burgers were squashed, literally squashed let alone so oily. The chips were so cold over fried and nothing close to freshness. So dissapointing.There shouldn't be even 1 star for ratings.Never again.

Simply put it’s the worst Maccas in Sydney. Shows the power of the Golden archers because well we keep coming back lol. Drive 5 minutes down the road to Milperra Maccas on and wait 15 minutes less and also get a high quality example of what you ordered.

Manager needs a job in the morgue so he doesn't have to speak with the living. The most disgraceful, rude and belligerent person I have ever encountered. The place was filthy, male bathrooms were unusable due to filthiness, the tables were disgusting, the machines to order were broken, and there was no service. When asking where our ice creams were, we were sworn at and told drive through was more important. You couldn't even get drive through right! 3 people came back into the store after getting their orders which were so far wrong it's a freaking joke.
