Ask for help on fire pillows and got told l can't buy them because I don't have a account. Then when I asked who can I talk to in the area so I can buy off them and was told I can't have any other details because of the ACCC. LoL bad business model buddy. If I was buying off you I would close my account because you don't understand what customer service means.

I've dealt with Flamestop for years with no issues. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable in regards to their products, the materials arrive on time and their communication has always been wonderful. They're a great supplier

I took time of my busy schedule to attend interview at Flame Stop in Chatswood. I was ten minutes early.. However, I had to wait for another 20 minutes at the reception without the managers coming to inform me they were going to see me late. At long last they invited me inside and as they never said anything about keeping me waiting. As I walked inthe interview rom too I could see the surprise on their faces. I can't explain why they looked surprised but my assumption was that they were not expecting someone like me because I'm from some minority ethnic group. (This is just an assumption). Be that as it may, as expected the interview didn't last long. They looked disinterested.. Just a few basic questions from one of the managers. The other one didn't not even ask a single question and looked disinterested all the time. He wasn't even paying attention. Anyway after the few mundane questions one of the managers told me that he would get back to me with feedback and as expected he never did. I expected better and since I had mad an effort to attend the so-called interview I expected a call informing me that I hadn't made the cut. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with this organisation. If they discriminate and disrespect people on interviews, I wonder what it is like in other departments. Just a suggestion if you are from another race or you look different, I don't think you should bother dealing with this company.. (Just a suggestion)Deal with them at your own peril.
