I get my clothes washed here weekly and am very happy with the service and price. It costs me about $40 to get a huge bag of all my weeks clothes/towels/sheets washed and folded.My only issue is that sometimes they close briefly during opening hours without posting a sign to say when they'll be back, so I get delayed on my way to work and this stresses me out.

Love this place – have used it every week for the last two years and can't believe it's got such bad reviews. The staff are very friendly and the results are always great. For a medium bag of clothes/towels for one person is between $15 and $20.

I should have trusted the other reviews. I’ve been going here for a few weeks and then they ripped my sheets. I explained what had happened and they said they would repair them. When I went to collect my laundry they charged me an “alteration fee”. I asked why they charged me and they said it was my fault for having old sheets! Anyway, awful customer service and even worse washing. Be warned.

Unbelievably bad service. They put safety pins through a silk skirt. I went to complain, explaining what had happened and that I should at least get compensated for the cost of the dry cleaning. They tried ignoring me, then ironed the skirt and pretended they'd fixed it, then told me to leave. Never go.

TERRIBLE!I took in a 5.5kg bag of assorted whites to be washed together (sheet, towel, bathmat, tshirts) and they tried to charge me $34.50 claiming it was 3 loads + an extra $10 to dry the rug" (Bathmat). I complained and questioned how it could possibly be 3 loads - I even took all my folded washing out of my bag and put it into one of their washing machines to prove that it was 1 load (it did fit

The worst service. Charged an extra $25 for a blanket, actually a cotton sheet. Charge $50 for 2 loads of washing. Calculations make no sense. The man just makes up prices I swear. Ignores the listed prices on the wall. Also put a whole load a tshirts in the dryer after being told to only wash and not dry - simple response 'I forgot', shrinking X 15 $60 t-shirts. Somebody should call the ACCC on this place. It's a joke.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Not an exaggeration1. The clothes aren't ironed or pressed and barely come back washed... regardless of what service you paid for2. They burn items in the dryer - won't pay to fix damaged items3. Are inexcusably overpriced

Love supporting this family business. They work tirelessly around the clock delivering perfectly pressed garments every time. The turn around for dry cleaning is two days which is excellent. Affordable prices and Nina is such an Angel. Highly recommend!

Worst service never seen: overcharged, and not even able to provide quality.They ripped my silk dress and finally pretended damages (several holes) were there before, how silly?! This is robbery ! DON’T GO!
