I contacted Nuflow and explained my elderly neighbour’s hot water system was not working and we lived rurally. My call was answered promptly and given the distance involved they did some reshuffling to fit my neighbour in. This was done in a timely manner and communication was excellent. I was impressed when the problem was found and fixed very quickly even though a new system was brought to the job it was not needed it was a just in case( due to distance). The was not inflated and on behalf of my neighbour and myself we are very grateful and will definitely recommend and use Nuflow again.

What a great experience all round. I called yesterday morning with a relatively serious problem, and it was being fixed by lunchtime, same day. Kerry was efficient and was able to show us the problem using a camera. It revealed the source of the problem, and we received a quote this afternoon for a long-term fix. Great, timely service.
