Awful service. Handed my laptop in because it was running slow, expected it to take 3 days at max. Took over a week and a half and no one called me. Called up to find out what was going on.. no one knew. They told me they would call me when it was done, still didn't here from them. Went into the shop and told them I needed it done by the end of the day, they finally worked on my laptop only to do a half the job and did not fully fix the problem. I had to install service packs when I got home also. Waste of $99.99. Go elsewhere.

I agree with Mathew. Terrible experience and customer service. I thought it might be a one off comment so tried the store. Mathew is right. Absolutely horrible experience. Don't risk it.
