We feel very satisfied with the finished product of our raise and build under renovation. Renovation projects can be stressful at times but any issues/unexpected road blocks were resolved promptly and professionally. The project was completed with minimal variation to our budget and the build quality was excellent! I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben, Wade and the team.

My husband and I would recommend 1Struct as your choice of builder, they looked after us start to finish, from pacifying cranky neighbours to suggestions with design. Our experience with Ben and Wade during our house build was not only professional but also had the personal touch. Ben helped us with suggestions for modifications and upgrades that not only saved us money but enhanced the end product. This being our first time at building a house we had limited knowledge of the finer and most important details that needed to be addressed when building a house. The team from 1 Struct were there to keep us informed and gave creative and sound advice through out the whole building process. We worked as a team and things got changed along the way which resulted into a beautiful home over looking the Lockyer valley,nothing was a problem to Ben and any concerns were dealt with straight away. we would and have recommended 1 Struct to any one
