receptionists have attitude so give them attitude back they dont like it

This is the worst medical complex I have ever experienced. When I arrived I was questioned where I had come from, and why my matter is urgent enough to be booked in to see a doctor. Once I was forced to tell them my condition at the reception (which is private and only to be discussed with my doctor). They made the decision that pressure against my central nervous system isn't enough of an urgent matter to be seen, and told me I could wait what could be hours for a call out doctor. Considering the only place I can sit is to lay flat on timber or concrete flooring due to my condition. I am very disappointed as I was under the impression this was a medical centre. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here for any reason.

Without hesitation the receptionists are just massively rude for god knows what reason - that's almost a guarantee every single time. Then they ask about reasons why so or not, as if they are medically qualified to make judgement which is private anyway. The doctors are good though, just the front desk brings the experience down massively. Seems as the low reviews in here are similar to my experiences.

take a picnic lunch you are going to need it. Dont blame the doctors for the long wait they are doing the best they can,, they are over worked & stressed, like a production line one in one out. management cramming too many appointments into each day not giving the doctors enough time between appointments management are money hungry getting the daily patient quota every day & dont care about anything else

Reception Staff here have to be the most rude, abrupt, unprofessional people I have ever come across.A receptionist abruptly asked why I wanted to see the doctor and if it was urgent.After stating that it’s my personal business and that i need to see a doctor within 24 hours they told me there was no available appointments and that I could come in and wait to see the doctor that’s on call which i quote “it could take hours for them to see you”.Very very disappointing.Management must happy about how well there reception staff are following the code of conduct…

Receptionists have attitude every one of them & every time you go here, or everytime you ring up you are met with attitude They roll their eyes & wont even look at you when you are standing right in front of them. they pretend they are either on the phone or working with the computer when they see you coming then you are met with attitude. because you disturbed them doing nothing. how they got the job in the 1st place is beyond me did anyone even interview them because none of them have people skills and are not suited to the job.

Literally 5 min appointment(& its the 2nd time in the past month) Doctor told me to make another appointment & come back another day. Doctor was running about 35 mins behind there was 5 people in waiting room to see one doctor. A female doctor were obviously between patients she was talking & laughing with the reception staff.If the other doctors are between patients Why cant they step up & start seeing the patients that have been waiting when they can clearly see that another doctor is running behind & clear some of the back log. Its not fair on the patients that are waiting or the doctor trying to catch up. A doctor is a doctor does it really matter who sees who. Or dont make so many appointments for one day if the doctors cant keep up. the reception staff should be informing patients the doctor is running behind instead of letting them sit there & patients finding out from other patients that have been waiting. I 1st posted this review over 12months ago, Still nothing has changed still ridiculous wait times, Still no communication from receptionists, Clearly there is a problem that management dose not want to know about.

Receptionists have attitude to burn they are in the wrong job would be better suited filling the shelves at woolworths at night so they dont have to interact with the public. Ask any one of them a simple question & will see what i mean. None of them make eye contact while talking they just keep looking at the computer screen or look away. when they see you approaching they pretend to be on the computer or on the phone so they can make you wait.

Has to be the most unorganised medical centre, receptionists have attitude. long wait receptionist should be saying something as soon as somebody arrives if there is a delay. they never make eye contact they say sit down there. 1st they were blaming the wait on a shortage of coctors, then they blamed it on covid restrictions, now covid restrictions are over, what are they going to blame it on now the war in Russia?they never blame them selves its always something else. it comes back to bad management, so how about blaming yourselves instead of everything else
