Gold Star Bathrooms have done a fantastic job with our complete bathroom renovation. Professional from the start and well organised. Given the current challenges in the construction sector I am impressed that all trades remained on schedule throughout the project. A couple of minor issues/defects were fixed as soon as practical with good communication.

We used Gold Star for 3 Total Bathroom renovations in our home in Bulimba. Basically 3 brand new bathrooms- complete strip and removal of the old, and delivery of the new product. Shannon and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Excellent consultative approach to begin with, followed by a great quote, a project plan, solid communication and all time lines adhered to. Each of the team were craftsmen, and worked well with each other. Genuine care was taken with an eye to the finished product, not just their own piece of the job. Shannon was always on hand to manage the inevitable challenges and ensure the project remained on target and that his quality standards were met at all times. I have and would highly recommend Gold Star to anybody considering a new bathroom or renovation.

Fantastic job all round!! Shannon arrived the day I called and gave a Quote, which was very fair. He than gave me a schedule for the work and it was spot on. The team that work with Shannon are all professionals with great attention to detail especially to make sure I wasn't put out during the renovations.Even the last day clean was fantastic. The bathroom is perfect and I couldn't be happier. I would happily recommend Shannon and the Gold Star Team, they are a 5 star team all the way!!

We went from 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a 34 year old house, to 4 bedrooms, and 2 x brand new bathrooms, all on time and on budget.The Goldstar team did it all from demo day to finish.They gave us a schedule at the beginning and they stuck to it, I'm a Tradie and I know how hard that is these days.They were very accommodating to all the little changes.All the trades were friendly, punctual and professional.If we had more bathrooms to do, we'd do it all again with Goldstar.Well done guys.

From our first phone call, I knew we were in good hands with Shannon and his team. They were happy to talk through the options we were considering, were knowledgeable in their responses and genuinely cared about the outcome as much as we did!The schedule on the app allowed us to follow the progress of our bathroom renovation but every member of the team was able to answer our questions about what was happening next, and they were all experts in their own trades - every person that we spoke to was personable, professional and made us feel at ease.Even with two public holidays in our schedule, the team were on time and delivered the product at the expected date.Nothing was too big of a problem for them, and our bathroom with old blue tiles, and a plastic-based, leaky shower now looks like a resort/spa! Everything was done to the highest standard and we couldn’t be happier.A special mention to Josh who answered all of our initial questions and helped us come up with the best plan for our goals, Ben, their exceptional tiler, who laid a significant amount of tiles but always with a smile on his face, and our project manager Gary who was always available for any questions we had, and some.We will definitely be utilising their services for our upcoming bathroom addition.Thank you, Goldstar!

Shannon and his team from Goldstar Bathrooms were excellent, for our recent ensuite renovation. I received a same day quote, and the first availability once we accepted. Garry was our job supervisor who was efficient, friendly and helpful. The team of subcontractor tradies used by Goldstar were great. Goldstar provided a printed job schedule so I knew everyday who would be coming to my home. I would recommend Goldstar to anyone looking for a stress free bathroom renovation. A quality job from start to finish.

Shannon and his Team were highly professional in their approach to our total bathroom renovation. Having previously used another company to complete bathroom work I can say that Shannon and his Team from Gold Star Bathrooms did an outstanding job. Nothing was too much trouble and it was easy to communicate via email or phone at any time of the day, including weekends. On completion of the job I hired my own painter and there was no issue in Shannon’s Team returning to complete the final sealing of the tiles and the final touches that needed to be done.I would highly recommend Gold Star Bathrooms to anybody that requires a total bathroom renovation. I intend to use the company in the near future to renovate the bathroom previously renovated in 2020 by a less professional company.
