The store itself was clean and welcoming, the 2 staff members were behind the counter talking amongst themselves and did not budge to help anyone. We were not the only ones in the store, there was a gentleman who was also browsing and needing help. After waiting at the leather ladies wallets close to the counter for over 5 minutes, we left as did the gentleman without making a purchase. I did infact need some help with an item, but felt it's be rude to interrupt the staff members conversation.

I’m a retail manager myself so I know how hard it can be. When I had to get my suitcase repaired I thought it would be extremely difficult. But the girls at Strandbags Chermside didn’t think anything of it and treated me so well! First they sent it away to be repaired but because they didn’t have the parts anymore they replaced it for me in store with a new model! Keep doing what you’re doing, you’ve got my business from now on!

Lovely staff and great service lady went above and beyond in organizing our bag in another store and then they lady at the other store even waited 10 minutes past closing so patient and understanding really great people

Been there today 11/06/23. Staff not helpful especially the short young lady. Too lazy to approach any of about a dozen people looking around. And when asked for help,seems unhappy and hesitant to assist. No smile nor greetings.She's also pretending to do menial stuff when people are already piling up.
