Prompt installation from agreeing to quote to installation was just over 1 week due to rain

Then they stayed to ensure I could access the app for monitoring the Solar inverter and took the time to make sure i was comfortable with how everything worked. Organising solar panels for my home with Circuit Alert was the easiest and most pleasant experience. Circuit Alert were amazing! They were the only company that came to my property to quote, and did so within a day or so. And they were very patient & understanding with me while I was trying to make my final decision. I didn't feel pressured at all & they understood the whole solar process can feel quite overwhelming. Once I'd decided to go ahead with them, they were extremely professional & organised. Their installation team were fantastic and were very patient explaining everything. Their follow up has also been very impressive, and they were on site the same day when I contacted them with a minor startup query. I can't recommend them enough and feel I'm in very good hands going forward with them.
