We have been with Roger and the team for many years and they continue to offer excellent service. They've found great tenants for us and are always available to answer questions. It is a boutique business so it feels more like being in a family. It is great to work with a local agent and Roger knows the inner west so well, offering great advice on both sales and rental markets for residential and commerical affairs. There have been times where we've needed some questions answered during holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year and Michelle was able to help us. Michelle facilitated an urgent repair while we were away on holidays. This was great because the tenant stayed happy and we were free to enjoy time away without worrying about the day to day issues.We would highly recommend Roger and his team.Katrina, Mina and Mark

Had a horrible experience with our property consultant. Being from Canada we rented our first apartment through this property management company in Sydney. We are two professional accountants and I was honestly shocked by the unprofessionalism and downright bullying we were subject to dealing with the property consultant. We were excellent tenants who always paid our rent on time and took very good care of this apartment. However it's part of this company's business model to ensure their tenants do not receive back their full bond so expect this even if you hire professional cleaners / go above and beyond. You will also be met with complete unresponsiveness to simple requests until the end of tenancy when you will be terrorized to ensure they make extra money via your bond. Beware.

My partner and I recently became tenants under Roger Mikhail and the transition has been smooth and easy from the start. Madalene has been an incredible property manager - she's highly responsive, has a very friendly demeanor, and works hard to ensure we are always satisfied. The response times for any tasks have been incredibly quick. We look forward to spending many years with Roger Mikhail looking after us!
