The prints I received from you are absolutely beautiful, I love them. I most definitely recommend you and your company and will be ordering from you again in the very near future. I have been a customer for many years now. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They share knowledge and encourage you to create. I've also been to some classes here and enjoyed them thoroughly, coming away with a new skill. The product range is extensive and caters to professional artists or a casual crafters. They run competitions regularly and encourage you to show your creations. Definitely the best art supply place around.

Usually very friendly staff. But don’t take your children in with you unless you want them to leave upset after the staff snap and rudely say “can you tell her not to touch anything” I have the most well behaved 8 year old, who was picking up paints and exploring the colours, doing absolutely no harm to the products and we were snapped at in the most abrupt and rude way. I have spent so much money and time here trying to support local businesses, but after this I will NEVER step foot back into that store again. RUDE!!

Such a great range of stuff!! Love it here. Me and my little sister came here and accidentally spilled paint on the floor. The lady with the purple hair didn’t get angry or aggressive, she was chill and had excellent customer service. She was so nice, she helped us clean up without complaining. If she had gotten upset with us I would have gone online and spent my money elsewhere. Instead I ended up splurging on myself (I’m usually a stinge).
