Zoya's Alterations

Zoya and Rose were fantastic! They listened to what I wanted to achieve with my dress and I got exactly what I imagined! So lovely - I will be using them for future alterations!!

Okay here's my story, to start with I'm pretty hard to please. I'm a perfectionist in everything that I do and expect the same standard out of people I deal with in business. I had taken 2 pair of chinos to an alteration place in Booval to have them both taken in in the waist and taken up in the cuffs. They came back absolutely hacked. Honestly I could have done a better job myself. I did a search for an alterations business where they had good reviews and a high star rating hence this lead me to Zoya. I dropped off 5 pair of pants to get altered. I picked them up a week later and could not be happier with the quality of workmanship. Not only did Zoya exceed my expectations, but her professionalism, her pleasant and friendly demeanor is a breath of fresh air. I found Zoya so easy to do business with and would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone for any type of alterations. God bless her and her people back in Ukraine.

I had my wedding dress altered with Zoya and I couldn't be happier. My dress required her to unpick an intricate design to shorten the hem and it is literally perfect. Not only is her work amazing, but she was the best hype woman and such a bubbly and positive person! I will 100% be going back for future alterations. Highly recommend!
