Wow, I’ve leant to put up with bad service post-covid, but this place takes the cake. Ordered a seafood pack with an extra piece of calamari for which I was charged $1.50 (no complaints there). When I opened the take-away box, not only did I not get the lemon & tartare that was supposed to be included, the extra piece of calamari I paid for was a 3cm piece that obviously either broke off another piece. When I went back to complain, I was offered no apology and instead was treated with such attitude, that I finally just asked for my money back. This then turned into a humiliation game for the staff that sent me up and down between the fish shop and the general store next door, to get my money back.Honestly despicable service. I’d rather die of hunger than ever set foot in there again.

Great potato scallops.Usually hamburgers are good but last one I bought fell apart when the bread dissolved - even without sauce. Always a good selection of cooked meals.

Some of the best burgers and chips I've ever had. Also grabbed some potato scallops and fish cocktails. All very fresh and obviously oil is changed regularly. We need more take away shops like this in Sydney.

Customer service very 'hit n miss' from 'disorganised, rude and irractic'; staff more concerned having personal conversations, leaving you waiting than focus on customer service/delivery- that being said 'fish is good', yet sadly the 'hit miss' experience leaves one feeling an 'inconvenience'.As a regular- turned up recently one Sunday- closed, no sign, no notice, no apology.In this current climate that's all it takes for customers to look elsewhere and you're reputation questioned.In summary- increase focus customer service experience/satisfaction/organisation/consistency.You serve a 'decent product' but more is needed if you wish to keep customers 'loyal', with a 'genuine desire to come back' alternative competition is fierce.

Very rude customer service etried to charge me $1.00 extra for chicken salt after I already paid $17.00 for seafood pack. Very rude customer service et he man could have been more polite. I will never go there again due to not being nice to the customers. didnt even come with drink.

Terrible very disappointed chips were burnt dried out just tasted like oil ,all the burgers were burnt like black, over $50 spent there not worth it at all

I wouldn’t go there again. The chicken burger was gross and instead of one piece of chicken breast it was a cut up chicken and was super chewy I couldn’t even eat it I chucked it in the bin. I also ordered a jumbo chips and was given very little chips could probably pass as a medium it barely fed 4 kids.
