I had visited them multiple times and they always disappointed me. Staff was rude and always on the phone. Limited knowledge of the car parts which they are selling. They only care and greet tradesmen they are their potential customers. Other people might have good experiences but not mine was.

Friendly staff, keen to help and understanding. A quick tip - when you enter the store and see a queue of more than 5 people at check out counter then just go home as they take soooooo much time at the cashier. Actually I dont mind the wait as at the end atleast you are greeted with a big smile and an apology for long wait and you tend to have a quick chat which is probably the reason everyone has to wait.Staff - 5/5Helping - 5/5Friendly - 5/5No. Of people staffed at the cashier - 3/5

Staff were incredibly helpful having spoken with multiple members of the team. They helped me with a relatively large purchase and even helped me bring the items to my car. Despite the Repco computer system not being able to tell them what was on sale and what wasn't, they were very helpful and happy to assist with any questions I had.
