I have never really wanted or thought I needed a reason to go to a gym. This combined education and exercise has changed my mind since being diagnosed with type 2. I’m being taught how exercise impacts my diabetes but also being educated on how I can improve my health and talking with others on this course has helped with improvement in my day to day management of my condition. Clayton at Maroochydore takes time to explain and directs you with patience and understanding. I am very grateful for all I’m being taught.
