Awful experience, the lady at the reception, Charlene, was shouting at us because our license was not south Australian. She would not let us speak. We are backpackers, leaving in a van and it's really complicated for us to have ID paper ... She didn't let us speak for one second and was talking to us like criminals ... I Am not sure making the others people day horrible is the best way to have an happier day at work ... Sad really
