Terrible service. 50% sale sign on the wrong product. They took it down and wouldn't give it to me at half price.Sent through complaint and photos too ACCC as well including employee that was so rude.Illegal and misleading information

Good products, but they're generally ticketed at 3-4x the price you'll find elsewhere. Buying things on sale here will get you around the same price as Myer.

Yes the place is stuffed full of so much stock that there is no way you can avoid either bumping into another customer, a staff member or a pile of boxes jutting out into the aisle! But aside from that they do have nearly everything you could want for your kitchen. I went to look for one thing and of course came out with other things entirely!! And when Devil Gate Drive by Suzi Quatro came on I had to stay in store until song over, boy what a classic. I don't know who is responsible for the in-store music but well done!

They are bed deal.I paid $320 for a wok which is sale for $160 online.And they not do money refund. Only Exchange or credits. Never go there again.

Really disappointing that you only accept cards and not cash. You need to give people options. You definitely cannot use Covid as any excuse as you are handing over goods and surrounding stores to you still accept cash or cards...So all these other shops in Southland aren't safe then ??You need to update and accommodate everybody.
