We have been waiting now for over 15 months for our property to be built at 6th Avenue Chelsea Hights. I understand the issues with Covid but at this rate we will not be in our property before the end of 2023 as Aultun still have not started any works on the project. Aulton Group you are not holding up you end for your customers.

The company is not responsive to email and after the property is sold, they are very irresponsible in terms of dealing with the contract. Had rental guarantee that was promised, customer was asked to sign later only to find that they pretend the deal never existed. Very very disappointing. Thankfully, the warranty manager is responsible.

Its close to 2 years that we are waiting for our property to be built at 6th Avenue Chelsea Heights. They still have not started the work. Just recently they sent email that they might (you read it right 'might') start the work this month and it will 2 years to complete. I am really disappointed in how they operate and frankly I am not sure what those house will look like. it seems like they don't care at all. Avoid them if you value your money they clearly dont value our time and money.
