Very helpful and informative staff, great shopping experience

We recently went to the Haymarket in Ballarat central and were very happy with their service. Over the period of a week, we spoke to four of the very helpful staff. They ordered a part, kept us informed and promptly rang when the part arrived. Professional service that we are not used to seeing in this day and age.Thanks very much guys. Ken D

great range friendly service

I had an interesting experience with the installation of a Daikin split system. Installation was carried out over two days. Originally it was to be one day but we had an initial issue with regards to where the heating units were installed which was quickly cleared up.After installation we noticed that the heaters would take an age to turn on while one heater did not appear to heat the room at all. I contacted the Haymarket and they made it a priority to find out the problem. We had three workers spending quite some hours doing various checks to find out it was a faulty system.I was impressed with everyone who worked on the system and with the manager and his commucation.
