If I could give 0 stars I would. Currently taking them to the RTA as they owe me hundreds in rent refunds. After promising me a refund for MONTHS. They have now resorted to simply ignoring emails and calls. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. So glad I don’t rent from them. I’d be horrified to see how they treat their tenants.

Liz, Jules, Kelli and the team at Ray White have been tremendous. We recently had a complicated insurance claim which the Ray White team handled with great compassion and professionalism. The result was positive, mostly because of the tenacity in which the team pursued our interests. I'm happy to recommend Ray White to anyone seeking an agent who cares. Having sampled another agent at Coral Sea Realty in Townsville, I can strongly recommend Ray White as FAR superior and much better value for money. Give them a go - you won't regret it.

Julie Munroe and Amanda have managed our investment property in Townsville very efficiently and effectively. Always doing things promptly and with a great attitude.Our house was very badly damaged by the floods of 2019 and Julie has helped us manage the clean up and restoration of our property whilst we have been out of state. Throughout the whole process she has always been easy to work with, kind and pleasant in her approach to problems and made things feel like they are never too much of a hassle.I cannot recommend Julie Munroe from Ray White enough if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy agency to manage your property.

From the beginning of our tenancy with Ray White, there was a lot of problems with our property that were never attended too. No matter how many jobs we lodged things would take months and months to even be looked at. After being in one of the properties for over a year and a half we have given the keys back and the receptionist was clearly not cut out for talking to people. She was rude and acted as if i wasn’t a person. I’ve now walked out knowing it was the best decision to not continue renting through Ray White Townsville.
