Had amazing and efficient service from Lidia who catered to all my requests, all while managing the store on her own, from picking up calls, to serving walk-in customers. She was very lovely and I would definitely come back here again.

Colour was fantastic and didn’t go brassy or orange, everyone I knew commented! Lidia listened carefully to what I wanted exactly and was very accommodating. Will definitely come back again. Great job Lidia!

I have been waiting for 40 minutes in the freezing cold for my 9am appointment but no one has arrived and no one is answering the phone. I am due to give birth tomorrow and was leaving this till last minute to get my hair done. Big mistake trusting a new salon with this. Now my usual hairdresser has no appointments left for at least a week. Wouldn't recommend if you need someone reliable.
