I am not angry, I am just disappointed in the way my young daughter was turned away. We are visiting on holidays and our daughter woke with an apparent ear infection and in considerable pain.We attended the Cannonvale medical centre upon opening hoping to find an appointment. There was no one else there, but the abrasive lady behind the desk would not even acknowledge us qy first, then abruptly glared at me and sneered can I help you?".We explained the situation

Not what I would call caring attentive service for which I had the privilege of paying $80. Kept me wait more than 30 minutes for my appointment clearly their time is more important than anyone else. Funny the consultation was anything but thorough and while not rushed quite short. This is a practise based on turnover not the type of medical service I'm used to elsewhere.

Hopeless! Waiting over an hour and a half and still waiting! My turn came up and I was standing just outside the front door on the phone to someone wondering where I am since I've been there so long. So instead of them waiting 2 mins they call someone else in (which is fine). They then leave and the next person is called in while I'm still waiting. Even though that person pointed out I've been here for ages. Never will return again.Much better medical centres in the area

I've now been going here for 6 months + and I am always dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. I get an appointment same day most times and with the doctor I prefer. Reception staff are also friendly.
