To all builders out there, Do not use this services , they are so unreasonable and too picky. They might give you a better price at the beginning but they will make it up by the cost of many extra time for inspections.

I had a disappointing experience with this building surveyor company. I came in with a request for building permit. However, they look at it and told me they will pass and did not want to engage with it. I provided all of the documentations in accord with building act. I asked again several month later with more document and only required transfer of building surveyor, but they did not want to engage. I came in with easier request, but they pass". I'm very disappointed."

Was desperately looking for a Building Surveyor when I had some issues that needed to be sorted out. Found them here on Google and am truly glad I decided to use their services…specifically Paul Fringuelli..who was extremely patient and helped me through this normally stressful process. He was understanding and definitely helped in every way he could. If I ever need to use a Building Surveyor again, I certainly know who to call. And if you need a good surveyor, I would surely recommend S.P. Building Surveyors. They will help you get there!!

Strong focus on compliance which as a client we couldn’t have asked for more.Our builder was pleased with the service provided to ensure issues wouldn’t arise down the track by finding non-compliance’s that their previous building surveyor did not pick up at inspection stages and caused ongoing insurance battles years after completion on previous projects.Wouldn’t go elsewhere and highly recommended.
