The young tall lady with glasses who collect the prescription, she has been rude every time. Today she throw the money back to me. What was that??? I was shocked. When I ask questions from her, she hold her laugh and replied in one word. She doesn’t have customer service skill or she has some mental problem whatever like that. And I don’t understand that why your pharmacist asked and suggest to us like that do you want to buy cheaper version of this medicine ? from me when i showed my prescription.. really annoying and confusing. I was only get service from you because it was right next to City med GP. Worst pharmacy ever seen. Gosh next time just straight go the Chemist.

Shocking service! I came yesterday to get my vaccine, Steven the pharmacist made me waiting 20 min in the empty store, just wondering around, extremely rude and arrogant person.I thought that health workers should be treated as a priority...

Chaotic and unfriendly service.Went for a COVID booster with my husband yesterday. Booked in at 2:30 and 2:35 respectively.Upon arrival I could not get the young lady to acknowledge me. The gentleman, who was on the other side of the pharmacy, yelled out asking for my name and ushered me in.The procedure was rushed. No introductions, no swabbing of the arm with alcohol, no asking if you are left/right handed, no communication at all, but most concerning my Medicare card wasn’t checked for verification.It *was* me, of course, but it could just as easily have been someone else as nothing was verified.My husband arrives and inexplicably other people, who are walk-ins, are checked in before him. He’s made to wait.He then gets the same service as me, in-and-out, no hygiene etc. However, as he walks out he gets handed a receipt with proof of vaccination. I did not get one.So I go back in asking for mine. The young lady acknowledges that there should have been a form, but before she can even finish her sentence she turns to another customer asking “how can I help you?”, effectively shutting down our communication.I just walked out at that point shocked by the service. Both my husband and I vowed to never come back despite previously saying to each other we should move our business to an independent pharmacy.We’ll stay with the competition, thanks.

Got my flu jab there. The process was simple and the staff was knowledgeable. Wait time is short as well. Would recommend.

I had my booster jab here this morning, I booked here as it was recommended by a friend. Had an early morning slot. There was one person in the store, and she was like a machine (in a good way). She was manning the register, and dishing our vaccines, and there was a lot of people there to be vaccinated. Couldn't recommend it more, and good coffee served right outside in the waiting area. Thanks you Gloria!

As some other review states, if you look like an international student or do not speak English fluently, stay away from the young lady with glasses cause it’s highly likely you will be treated in a rude way. All the questions you have seems stupid to her and she would always respond with an extremely rude and impatient attitude. And if my request (asking if it's okay to leave the cardboard in store after picking up my parcel) is unreasonable, you can just simply say no rather than roughly snatching it away and dropping it heavily on the ground. This was not the first time I receive special care from this young lady. Hope next time she could spare half of her patience towards other Cantonese / English-speaking customers to her Chinese compatriot.

I just called with the simplest enquiry of whether my medicine was ready to collect.I was greeted with such attitude, indifference and cynic that despite this Chemist being long used and the most conveniently located, I am determined to locate an alternative where politeness, respect and even friendliness are used and freely dispensed.

I came into the store for my seasonal flu vaccine. The team was quick and very efficient. The young intern, Charlotte, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process simple and straightforward. We need more people like her in our health industry.

Young Asian lady with glasses. Handed my prescription in, and it was amended based on her recommendation with a change in dosage and brand. Once I questioned why, she proceeded to berate me at the counter about 'what don't I understand'..It is pretty simple. You are a chemist and NOT a doctor. The doctor prescribes the medicine, and you supply exactly what the doctor prescribed, or you don't have it in stock. Don't start changing scripts based on what you think is best.Awful service, as many pointed out.
