to save you time in contacting this place, here’s what they will say: “have you looked at the law access website?”…”all information is on there”…they’ve gone through all the effort to become legal practitioners only to tell you to go search for the information yourself. they don’t want to help you, what happens to you or your legal issues is of no concern to them, just as long as you go away and look at the law access website. it doesn’t matter who you speak to, they’ll tell you to go to the law access website and look for your answer on the law access website. did i mention they will tell you to go the law access website?they wasted so much of my time and i came away with no help or answers. they really aren’t “community” at all. so either spend money on a lawyer that will actual help you or check out, umm, gosh darn it, what was that website….umm, hold on, i’ll get it…….oh!! the law access website

If your legal problem involves Centrelink do not waste your time here, after nearly 3mths of their help only to be told they can’t help as the government has too much money and is too big, no referral to get help elsewhere, big waste of time. Don’t even bother!

Open between 2pm-4pm on Wednesdays, called at 2pm on the dot only to be informed by the IVR the company is 'already at capacity' and are taking no further calls today. Pointless service - better to spend your time elsewhere.

What an absolutely waste of time effort and expense.I thought you people were there to help and support me, l was so wrong, l had nobody to help me, well Micheal, all he was there to do was to support the lies and wrong allegations from the other party a lier, l had to sign what the I they party wanted, anyway. A day later she has me over a barrel again, yes my insane neighbor, thanks for nothing community justice you did nothing to support meDenise Pedersen

I would give no stars if I could. I hardly ever give ratings, but I felt like this had to be heard. This company is absolutely disgusting. I contacted them via telephone about somebody who owed me a substantial debt and wanted to be represented in court. They told me that they didn't cover that without seeing my claim. Weeks later the other party (the one that owes me the debt) applied and received their legal representation. Now I am left going to court unrepresented and unlikely to win. I expressed my complaints on their Facebook page and all they did was remove my comments and blocked me from their page, then I expressed my complaints directly to their company and they told me they would e-mail me back, and they never did. BE WARNED!

These people receive funding from the Government by pretending to provide legal help to the community for free. The Receptionist, Katrina, with zero legal qualification, demands to know confidential matters that only lawyers should know, and she then makes the decision to accept or refuse legal help.No one can get past the front desk to consult a lawyer.Minister should remove the funding and force this office to remove implying they work for the community.

All I can say about these people, who represent and give much needed hep and information to those who can't afford the high cost of having someone represent you in court, at times, when it's a struggle. This team provides. Thanks Z, you've been so valuable in every way.
