Great costumer service, although drinks and food are pricey the $1 slushies are always an excellent choice on a hot summer day. Fuel is unfortunately more expensive than other gas stations such as woolies.

the staff here treat the students from the high school with utter disrespect, which i have witnessed first hand. screaming at them, calling them inappropriate words, and let me tell you majority of the time the students have done nothing to deserve it. quite upsetting to see as they would get majority of their income from these poor students. High school students, visit the nearby cafe! they will treat you like an actual human being.

Great store, well run and have to put a personal note here for the staff:I'm so sorry guys, I was using the ATM and absent mindedly took a small hit of my vape. I didn't breathe out or anything I realised last minute what I was doing but the smallest amount came out. I'm happy to pay the cleaning costs and am so sorry again. (Not sure anyone saw me but I feel guilty as!)You are always super kind to me and I didn't mean to disrespect your store!!!Just absent minded, one of the 300kids in line said something about stabbing me or the security guard. Here I am thinking what is the world coming to and I hit my vape in ft of kids in your shop.I'm sorry again, it was not intentional at all

The man named Sai who works here is unnecessarily rude, often. I don't know how he is still employed here. I've seen him having arguments with customers multiple times before, and I have just had my own personal experience with him that ended with me leaving the store without purchasing anything. It's very disappointing as this is my local. I'll be going elsewhere from here now on

I enjoy going to this 7-eleven, all staff are super kind, super friendly, super helpful and very approachable. All staff are super friendly whenever you visit and work hard on keeping the store clean, an always keep the fridges full of stock and maintaining the store to a high standard. This store is by far the cleanest, most looked after and easiest store to visit and purchase from out of all 7-eleven store locally

The service here is terrible. This morning the man behind the counter charged me the wrong pump after I questioned him twice about the amount and told him it was incorrect. I was chased down by the person behind me to inform that I had paid for her petrol and that he has messed up. When we went back to the counter the worker told me “ he was not sure how to re fund me and that me and the other customer would have to get details and transfer the money into my account ”I was highly annoyed as I had first questioned him about the total and he was wrong but secondly that he would not accept responsibility and refund me.Luckily the lady that I had paid for transferred me with no issues.But the service from the 7/11 employee was disgraceful. It was his mistake and took no ownership and Was not willing to refund me.
