Incredibly Friendly staff who are always more than happy to help. Ive been going to Tom for years now for all my pre-orders, purchases and trade ins and he always does the best by me and is more than happy to go out of his way to help.Service is professional, range is large and the store is always clean and tidy

I have had great experiences shopping here. Bought a new Xbox and was able to trade in my PS4 and a few games for a great value (brought the Xbox to half price!). A few weeks later the Xbox had a power supply issue and wouldn't turn on, but I was able to easily swap it for a new Xbox and left the store a happy customer in minutes of arriving. Great experiences both times, will happily come here for all my gaming needs.

Totally Gunna say everyone who works here is amazing!Great knowledge on their products and they try their best to help in any way possible.Especially that Kody guy yeah he's really handsome just like tom guy and those good looking fellows like Luke, Pheobe, Jordan and mitch are always a blast.

Nice staff and good variety of stock. Always some weirdo who hangs around the counter talking though. Makes it hard to purchase or get help with anything.

The store and staff are amazing but geezus it's hot. I feel like I'm in a sauna everytime im in this store. Centre management should really fix this for these guys.
