Was looking to buy today on a new Indian ( already have 2) wanted to get the husband the FTR he wanted . Was in shop 20 mins and young after market girl asked if we were ok ( she was already juggling a few customers) the salesman Dillon that she asked to help was no help was too busy on his phone on Facebook as he was sat right next to us discussing things . He was not interested to help or make a sale , nor did he know is product . Was asked about bars being stock standard his reply was I don’t know . Was super disappointed as I said was happy to sign and buy today but he didn’t even ask us any questions went straight back to Facebook . Have make an appointment to see ultimate motorcycle Indian at the Gold Coast . They are more than happy to help . Apart from the young lady at team moto the service there sucks !

$320 to change fork seals on my Ducati. That's 12% cheaper than other quotes. Plus they polished out the scratches on the stems for free, something I got told was a $600 dollar job by another crowd.Check out the courtesy bike they gave me!... 900cc Triumph T100. Brand new. (4k on the clock)..Quick thorough service thanks guys... I'll be back when my shims need doing.An update on the fork seals... still perfect, no leaks.

Brought my Indian Scout Bobber 2022 here and cannot say enough about this place. Put an enquiry in about what I was looking for and within 2hrs I was talking to Dillon (sales) about a bike that someone had cancelled that was in Canberra.Next thing its on its way to Brisbane. I recently visited at very short notice Grant and the team at team motor Triumph at Springwood for emergency service repairs and parts. I spent quite a large volume of time in store and was made aware at all times the issues surrounding my bikeI was well informed by very friendly staff including the sales team members. I noticed throughout the day that the team were courteous to all members of the public and highly professional. Keep up the great work team and I look forward to seeing you soon.

I bought my first Trumpy from these guy's. Fantastic experience...great deal and found the exact bike I wanted on the day. I rang just after 9am I was done and dusted and riding my Rocket 3 by 4.45....and they had to source the bike from elsewhere for me..to top it off less than 48 hours ..it won 1st in stock bike at a show and shine lol.

Can I give a (-) star?Atrocious treatment of a customer by M".I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from TEAMMOTO again after this experience.I'm about to purchase a new BMW... Now I will need to travel interstate so I don't buy from these rouges!I have since purchased a New Yamaha Tenere 700 from a NON Teammoto dealership in SEQld and I travelled to Newcastle to purchase my Ducati 1200s Monster.You piss on your customers

I do not recommend this dealership, Team Moto Triumph Springwood. I should have gone to Oliver’s Motorcycle for a Triumph product.This is an embarrassing, appalling and disgusting dealership to represent the Triumph brand. It does not represent any of what the Triumph brand stands for. This dealership has extremely poor standards and does not deserve to sell the brand.Purchased/delivered bike (Paid in Full) in photo 30th April 21 with accessories paid for to be fitted once arrived.10 months later of over 10 phone calls, (we will return your call shortly is the response). Still not resolved and waiting for that call. I called this morning again and got transferred to every department and then the same response above (will return your call shortly).Once I resolve my issue above about accessories already paid for, I will sell the bike immediately.I certainly won’t buy my next triumph here.
