The most horrible, disgusting services any office (embassy) in Australia can offer. Impossible to contact, they take 3-4 weeks to respond to one query that too after repeated follow ups. I wish i can give negative stars! Disastrous

Very friendly staff at the Saudi Visa section of VFS Tasheel in Sydney. Especially Reshu Singla, who was extremely patient and helpful throughout. She is diligent, efficient and very hardworking.

Have dealt with VFS Tasheel for visa applications three times.First time pre-COVID had to travel to Melbourne because VFS couldn't process me in Perth. Pretty wild that biometrics can't be taken at another VFS and you need to attend a Tasheel" VFS instead. The Tasheel service is located within VFS so this premise is absurd in itself. I had no issues with the staff in-office

The absolute worst immigration agency I have come across. Inefficient, ill-informed, and basically useless organization. After multiple emails (no response), phone calls (no one picks up), i still cant get an answer. The sad part is that i am forced to use these clowns by the organization I am aligned with.

One of the worst services, Tried emailing them but didn't get any reply, Tried to book an appointment for Melbourne center, says no available slots until you can scroll upto the end date. Websites get stuck and many more.If the Melbourne center is not operating then they should have provided any information on the website.This is not the first instance I had such a bad experience, 3 years back I had a similar experience with the Canberra center.They should have at least provided a phone contact number, the number provided on google is wrong too.Very poorly operated.
