While the store was very busy all the staff friendly were extremely helpful. Across the boardWe had Andre and honestly was incredible patient with my son when picking out his school and sport shoes. She talked him through the different shoes and it help make it easy. Thank you again

Sharon at Indooroopilly store was amazing today. It was super busy and my 3yo and 18mo were already a bit ratty. Sharon listened to what we needed, engaged the kids as she measured their feet and found us the right pairs really efficiently. One as a high instep and Sharon had a solution to meet our requirements when the obvious solution didn’t fit. Her advice also helped us come in under budget! Kids were so excited they left in the new shoes. Highly recommended for the professionalism in a super busy situation.

Sharon was an amazing support. She knew the right style of shoe that would fit my daughter best, being the first time in buying that style. She also went above and beyond for my son while he went back and forth with his decision. Amazing as always

I’m not going to sugar coat this. Initially I would have given a 1 star. My suggestion for pre booking is that there is a way to notify the store when you have arrived so they know to add you to the fitting list. Second would be that staff are not walking around the store taking people to the back to fit when there are people down the back already waiting for fittings. Staff should direct them to the QR code to join the line.When I arrived there was 2 families being served - 1 with 3 children, 1 with 2 children. They were the only two people with their names on the board which was these two and 3 prebooked for 10.40, 11(myself) and 1. When I finally was called forward (11.10am) the fitter directed me to the pop up store out the front but they were mainly doing the basic school in the pop up store - plain black, white and small amounts of colour. We were directed back into the store to join the line again but my fitting had been removed from the list. I was told not to worry about rebooking and the next fitter will take us. When this didn’t happen I was ready to leave the store.The fitter that finally served me deserves all the credit. No believe she was the manager and she saw that I was frustrated and that my children were sick of being moved side to side whilst staff tried to move around them. She was so calm, so kind and caring and she took the time to learn all three of my kids names and use them during the fitting. She turned our visit around from a 1 star.

We had booked a fitting appointment but we still waited for 10 mins after arriving (somewhat understandable as it was extremely busy!). I feel like we were only served though after having to ask what was happening as the staff seemed confused about who was next. However, our attendant Sharon was amazing under the circumstances and searched high and low for the shoes we needed in our size on what was a very busy day.

Arrived here to get school shoes for my son, and was told to scan the QR code to book in for a fitting which we did. We got a booking within 15 minutes so we just waited out front until our fitment time. Unfortunately the booking system doesn't work when the staff don't enforce it. Other customers without bookings arrived and demanded to be seen too rather than scan and wait. It was unfortunate to see that the staff simply accommodated these demands and made the customers who did the right thing and booked in wait even longer.By the time it came to my sons fitting, there was no apology for the delay, no nothing.Next time I'll take my custom and money elsewhere.

Always great service and super attentive, but you must either book in or make sure to scan the QR code to get on the list for service otherwise you're in for a wait! Sharon the Manager is fantastic and handles the chaos of back to school with grace.

I had to put my email address into their system to ‘join the queue,’ and then they sent me spam to ask how my experience was … which they are probably now regretting.Went in to fit 3 kids for shoes. The staff we had didn’t know how to fit shoes or do up laces properly. Finally fitted the first child but they didn’t have the right size in stock, and with no alternative options offered we didn’t buy him a pair. Second child was fitted and we brought him a pair. By the time we got to the third child, we had the same problem as the first where the staff struggled to fit the child a correct size and couldn’t find a suitable show for him. We left with one child out of three buying a pair of shoes.Walked over to footlocker who were incredibly helpful and brought another two pairs of shoes. Probably won’t be back.

Amazing service! The lovely lady spent over 20 minutes with my daughter measuring and fitting the perfect Mary-Jane school shoe for her wide feet. After presenting a range of options and sizes we finally found THE PAIR and our amazing fitter did a happy dance in delight! Thank you as always for amazing service and for giving my daughter happy feet too.

Staff were amazing, we had to swap over some shoes for the girls as there were too big when we ordered online.It was a busy Saturday afternoon with back to school on Tuesday. It was easy smooth transaction and everyone was happy
