Lease and Sale of Property experience inKuraby, QueenslandI purchased the property in 1998 and appointed Runcorn Realty as my agent to find a tenant and look after the property from there onwards. Scott Mackay was the Manger then and is the Manager now. He had taken care of the Property for well over two decades and not once did I have any challenges. He and his team were very professional at all times and managed everything to my satisfaction.I decided to sell the property in the New Year and Scott introduced me to Bill Zhang who was equally lovely and had the task assigned to him concluded with no hassle whatsoever.I would strongly recommend Invest co and their team to whomsoever intending to rent out propeties or sell their houses.

I joined what was to evolve into Invest & Co many years ago. The property manager I had previously been using at another company was disappointing. Scott Mackay was a totally different story. He was empathetic, pro-active, hard working and totally dedicated to his role as a property manager. He is always thoughtful, kind to both tenants and landlords - which can be a tricky balance.
