Service was cheerful and good. The food was rubbish. Calamari was out of a frozen packet I suggest, and the pizza base was rock hard tasteless. Even Domino’s would have done better!

food was lovely although when you walk in it is a little confusing to know where to go to be served the hostess the older lady was lovely, The meals were really big!!! good bang for your buck

Lady behind the bar with the glasses was rude as, never seen worse customer service, she treated us like peasants! Guy behind the bar was lovely! Security are amazing and funny! But that woman ruins the whole vibe probably won’t go back purely because of her attitude. She literally spoke to us disgustingly and told us “put your smokes out and leave it’s closing”

Me and my friends went here to have a couple of drinks tonight after not being here for a long time, it’s a shame to see that the older lady from behind the bar is still as rude to everyone as she was the last time I was here months ago.The male owner was lovely and so was all of the security team on the floor but the attitude from that one particular staff member I find extremely unacceptable and very poor customer service which I believe would effect the overall quantity of customers for the bar which I personally believe would have made the atmosphere a whole lot better for the night.

Not many places that can cook a blue steak. By far the best in town. There's a rival down the road but this with the seafood did it in.Well done highly recommend them. Eaten here a few times never disappointed! Mrs loves the cocktail list. Beers cold. Ticks all the boxes!

We called to organise doing a wake here. The lady who answered the phone was lovely, but it went down hill from there. The lady who answered said she needed to get her boss Maria to disscuss with us, that was fine until she forgot to put us on hold or muffle the phone so we couldn't hear. The lady said to maria that we were enquiring about holding a wake, Maria replied well I don't want to do one" then got on the phone Maria was really rude and said that if we wanted to have our wake there we have to have a minimum of 50 people or she wouldn't open her doors. That's fine to have that but wakes are hard to know how many will come back etc. & At this horrible time we didn't need rude we needed compassion and felt that Maria did not have an ounce of it. Will never go to this place if it was the last place open. We have been to rookies many times and have had a great experience but this has totally put us off. For a small town and small company it just doesn't feel like the right thing to do."
