Good prices for shirts. Fast turnaround for my 2 piece suit!

Not great service, price different for the same service for a few times.Stains that I expected to be removed were still on the shirts, and a man with glasses said there is nothing he can do about it.(not nice impression)The man also manipulated the price while I’m asking the cost per shirt. Ended up charging $9.65 for a business shirt?? It was $6.65 or something before.I rather go elsewhere.

Wouldn't clean a stain out of a down doona which was left by a sick dog because he would have to empty his machine and change the water after. Told me to go to the laundromat and clean it myself. What sought of dry cleaner wont clean an item because of a stain? Isn't that your job?

Have been using this service for about 10 years, never had any issues. A bit on the pricey side, but good results.

Went to drop off a coat for dry cleaning. The attendant gave it one look and said no dry cleaning". I asked why and he just repeated the same sentence. I tried asking him to explain so that I could try and find somewhere else suitable or to help me figure out my next course of action. He just said "no

Went in there and asked to simply get a jacket cleaned. Get quoted $60.00... Take it to another competitor. Get charged $14.00. Enough said.

Took in 3 dresses for my partner and they were quickly whisked away before I had the chance to ask price. Next thing I get a ticket for $80! $26 per dress. Wow. For that much money I'd at least expect a proper 'drive through' service but no, I have to get out of the car and go the counter inside the store. What's the point of drive through then? When I pick up the dresses (yes I have to get out of the car and go inside) I ask for a price list. We don't have one". Okay can you tell me why you charged $26 per dress. "mumble mumble something about the dress being special". Which dress please as they all look like standard dresses to me? "mumble mumble again". Okay so this place doesn't believe in customer service
