Burson Auto Parts Brookvale

I called in yesterday regarding an oxygen sensor for a nissan xtrail. One of there staff gave me a price of about $180, I said that was more than I expected, so I ask if he could price match($110 from autobarn). He told me retail is about 185 and the lowest he could do is 160. He couldn't price match autobarn because I didn't know the brand autobarn stocked (understandable). I picked up the same sensor they offered me (brand WALKER) for $95and $13 for a 22mm open socket, special tool for removing oxygen sensor. Altogether it cost me $108. Mekong spares is the shop I picked these parts from.Don't believe everything they say. I work in retail for 10years. Being respectful and polite is just part of sales, anything to take your money. In other words they pretty much tried to charge me double the price.

Odd little shop, not so much a normal retail store. But staff are great and they can get you absolutely ANYTHING you need pretty quickly usually.

Had an issue at work today needed a guard cover on the asap for work called burson spoke to Jordan he found the cover I needed payed over the phone and with in 15 minutes of calling it was a my door step of work. Very very happy with the staff at bursons brookvale

Called Burson today and asked if they had an OBD2 scanner. The guy on the phone asked a few questions to make sure I knew what I needed and then recommended the best scanner for the job.The scanner ended up being half the price other stores were asking and the guy at the shop was friendly and informative. There was also parking right at the front door which was a bonus.Took the scanner home and it worked a treat, helped me work out what was wrong with my car.Highly recommend these guys over other similar stores in the area. Top notch service! Will definitely be back.

Have just about every part you could want under the sun and if they don't they'll be the fastest to get it in for you or do their best to find an alternative on the day - the boys don't want to just get a sale from you, they want you to leave having a solution for your problem or the part you need for your job. Massive shoutout to Matty, Stuart and Andrew to name a few for always providing exceptional service!

These guys have great knowledge and can always work out a solution for parts etc at a good price.

The lady at counter offered great help in helping me work out a part for my Paj, definitely coming back!
