My iPhone 6 was water damaged the guy at Menai got it up and running in 3 days but when I got it back it wouldn't work like it used too, phone was slow and it turned off at times. The guy told me sometimes water damaged phones can do that. I wasn't happy with how the phone was operating the guy told me there's nothing else he can do but gave me the opinion of refunding me but he had to take his parts out, which I agreed. He refunded me my $160 and he took his parts. That was really nice thank you

Terrible don’t go there I brought in a phone with a cracked screen to see how the service is and it was good but when I got home and opened it my self to see if anything was missing or stripped screws and there was 4 screws and 1 screw stripped missing terrible won’t go back he also lost a screw right in front of me that’s five in total

The owner of the shop is very rude and not interested in his job. As soon as I saw him and started to talk to him I absolutely didn't want to deal with him! Please avoid his shop!

When I went to Rema’s Fones, with and ‘F’ not a ‘Ph’ I was greeted by a delightful young man who was ready to serve my enquiry with an extremely polite attitude. I left the store completely satisfied as my brand new iPhone X 256 Space Grey was fixed and ready for use. I highly recommend this phone repairer, they are extremely helpful and friendly.
