Kamarun Lookout
Beautiful lookout on the way to O'Reillys. You can see for miles out towards the ocean and Brisbane which looks like a small speck in the distance. Easy to access in a car and motorbike. Quiet and peaceful, nice spot for a picnic.

This place leaves me lost for words. Beautiful green hills to sit on while overlooking the view, on a clear day you could sit and stare forever over the mountains of the scenic rim and across to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Always seems to be fairly quiet as most people only stop for a brief moment but well worth staying a while to soak it all in.

A stunning almost 360 degree view here. A winding drive. There's a covered area to sit or just sit on the grass and take it all in.

Lamington’s best lookout. Don’t miss out to take a rest under the shed after long driving. Good car parking at the lookout, table to sit and have your snack or takeaway and big green space for kids to play. Absolutely love this place and never get enough from the view

At the lookout was lovely and quiet atmosphere.Google said it was going to take 38mins from Canungra and didn't mention anything about the road works but due to a lot of road work with traffic lights with up to 10mins wait it took longer due to land slides but it was still a nice drive up there and back down to Canungra as we all got to take in the views as we were stopping a lot of the time.

Great little spot to stop and look out!It can get a bit windy up there and there's only a handful of places to be shaded if you were looking for a picnic.On a clear day you can see all the way to Brisbane city.
