I do not buy hair from these people where do I start customer service very poor didn’t even find my order then sent the wrong hair and then did not send the right amount of hair then rang them up to ask about where the rest of the order was..they just hang up on me on the phone and said they don’t speak English do not buy from these people. You will not get your money back. Shocking.

I sent a message to Lisa on Instagram and she responded very quickly. I came to get hair extensions (I started with a very layered wolfcut around collarbone length) and she made my hair so pretty and full! She was so sweet the whole time, and I will definitely be coming back.

This place is amazing for hair extensions, excellent customer service with free drink’s provided, and great vibes. Not too far from Melbourne Central honestly 7 min walking distance. They have great prices and great quality hair

Super friendly staff and does the job well. I had hair extensions with my super uneven hair colour but Lisa did an awesome job in making it even-out and I love the results. To add on, this place is very clean too.
