Super Friendly staff with an amazing Leader in charge of this studio.Some trainers are more technical than others and that’s great because you feel body shaping and morphing into something else. You feel which muscles are working and how they affect your posture.Other trainers are more cardio based and you definitely feel the intensity after THOSE classes!!!Whichever class you go to you are guarranteed to have a great experience especially if it’s your first time. Hands down the most awesome Trainer is Nikki, the owner not only because she is so tough BUT because she is SO customer focused it is AMAZING! She will always make YOU feel special because she will always remember little things about you and she remembers your progress. She knows when to push YOU harder and that’s what I personally feel makes a great trainer especially when you are in a group environment. I highly recommend this studio ... the only down side (which is really a good side too) is that is so bloody addictive!!!!! Once you start ... you can’t stop! And it’s because you see results!

I am 2 classes into my 5 class trial pass and i LOVE it!The trainers are brilliant and give beginner and advanced options for every move. Class times are easy and convinient and the atmosphere is fantastic.Highly recommend this gorgeous studio!
