Took my car for a service.... booked it in for the repairs required with James over the phone. I placed the date in my calendar on my phone when speaking with James. I turned up only to be told it was booked in last Friday which is impossible as I had a dr appointment. They said the part I needed to fix the car had been returned. They said they would reorder it and would call me Monday (yesterday). Not only did they not call me yesterday I phoned today to speak with the manager, James who is now conveniently away till next Thursday....... to be continued!

Always get our vehicles serviced by MSI. They have a fantastic work ethic, well priced and always happy to help out with any queries you may have. I can't praise them enough. One happy camper!

Serviced my daughters car, (paid for the service) wasn't running right after service so changed plugs (charged for change of plugs, which I thought was in with the service) still not running right kept revving high then low and dying with engine management lights coming up, took it back, took them a day to find the problem, which they said was it needed a new mass air flow sensor which had to be ordered from interstate, 1 week along still no sensor so got some sensor cleaner, cleaned it, also found that some of the hoses had not been put back on properly, runs like a dream now. So all in all they would have charged her another $500/$600 for the sensor which she didn't need. No happy!

James and the boys give good honest service at good prices. Great to have that kind of piece of mind.

He has a great network of others in the industry and I can always count on them to repair anything and everything. Best mechanics on the Gold Coast.
