I brought my car in for a service and asked them to have a look at the thermostat for me as the error code light was coming on while driving the car. I was laughed at and told that it “just needed a service” and my car was fine. They did their service and replaced my tyres, which I am grateful for; however, not even 1 month later my car broke down because they didn’t touch the one thing I specifically asked them to replace. They also missed the fact that my spark plugs were toasted and the coil packs were cooked. The secondary service to get my car up and running again costed almost as much as it did to get it half serviced in the first place.

Truly awful experience. Replaced the wrong tyres and then blamed me for their error when I went back a second time so they could fix it! Horrible human beings. DO NOT GO HERE!! Lodged a formal complaint which they ignored. Shire a light instead of being a BLIGHT!

Great customer experience here.Staff is always friendly and typically very fast service, we had approx 30 cars through this shop for tyres and alignments with a pretty good success rate, any small issues were rectified immediately.

I got a nail in my tyer at jindalee. It was 30min before closing, and they were able to get me in.They did a tyer repair and it was quick.I really am grateful that they didn't turn me away because I had another hour drive.

Would recommend these guys for tyres and general service. Shocks installed during previous service was found to be faulty and replaced without issue (still under warranty).

I loved the service I received from Bridgestone Sumner park, the staff are friendly and I loved the free service to check on my tyres that was offered a few months after my purchase, they checked all the tyres and my battery and a few other small things, Great work from their team.
