Nightcraft go above and beyond. Ty is an absolute legend and travelled over 100kms to personally deliver the bike during his own time. You don’t get this level of service with any other dealership. Highly recommended.

A bit sketchy after hearing some feedback. Purchased bars anyway and to my disappointment they came covered in dust, Which wasnt their fault it was their suppliers... Ben looked after me anyway offered me all sorts of options and I ended up taking a discount on another new part and he even got it rushed to the paint shop too and did it all over the phone for me. Hopefully paint is nice ;)So far they've earnt my respect

Cleanest bikes on the coast, they really take pride in producing slick mechanically superior machines. If you want a V-Star you have to check out what they have in stock. Buy from them with confidence. Thanks again Nightcraft.

Just picked up my bike from the shop and couldn't be more happy with my first bike purchase. Wonderful service and excellent to communicate and work with over the build while I work FIFO. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back here for future bike builds.

Very bad to deal with. My $750 bar kit was too short on the grips, although my partners was fine. when contacting them about it they said it was within standard and that I should cut my grips and throttle down atleast 20mm... avoid them.

Purchased the tail tidy kit for my vulcan s and it had a number of issues. Contacted them about it and they ignored my emails.EDIT: Spoke with the owner directly. There were some mix ups in getting back to my emails, and updating stock which happens... in a global product shortage, it's understandable. They offered a full refund and were open to solving in any way possible. Thorough with ensuring there were no quality control issues with their product as a result. While mistakes can happen, it's how you deal with it that ultimately leaves the biggest impact and I'm impressed with the way in which it was dealt.

Nightcraft bobbers recently built my bike for me and wow. Words can’t describe how beautiful and accurate the build has come. The guys ran me through everything from paint to custom parts. Made it all a breeze with no hassles whatsoever and delivered a gorgeous bike, definitely the place to go for a custom bike that you want built how you want it
