Just purchased a product for my pool that I used last summer that worked well (Bio Guard pool complete). I Paid $64.90 for it last year and from the same store, this year it cost me $79.20 with a 20% discount. I queried this at the time of purchase.A quick google once I got home and at other retailers it still sells for last year’s price. It is safe to say that in the future I will be shopping around for my pool products.I’m feeling ripped off.

Great shop for everything you need for your swimming pool. I bought many products there including chemicals, roller, blanket and a automatic cleaner. I have always been happy with my purchase. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Easy access shop with a dedicated carpark. I recommend this place.

I got my pool maintained by poolwerz since they took over from poolcare a year or so ago.They charge for chemicals every visit as well as the cleaning/ maintenance fee, which made the visits quite expensive.The cleaning of the pool itself was average with leaves, twigs and dirt left on the bottom of the pool and dead insects still floating on top and this was minutes after the technician had left my place after cleaning the pool.I also felt customer service was bad as I was told several times a tech would be out but never showed up. No text, no phone call.I have since found another company to look after my pool and am a lot happier.

Drove in to collect an ordered part... got there at 4.59pm the two young guys coming out the office, office door still open I asked if I could collect the part small washer" nah mate were closed... but your doors still open

Female staff member cold and abrupt. Older male staff member sweet and informative. Had my pool cleaned and the job was done ok but should have been immaculate for the $500+ fee it cost to fix it.

I have now been going to Pool Care for about 2 years. I find their service to be second to none. They have great testing facilities and knowledgeable staff. I find with their level of expertise that I spend less money per year maintaining my pool than if I were to use a big box" hardware store with (maybe) slightly lower chemical costs.Great staff
