Disabled parking spot available outside 1 hour parking with disabled sticker becomes Double.. Showroom Purpose Built inside. Most all equipment on floor seperate areas for beds in cubicles. Seating and recliners and ramps to wheelchair areas. Only Disabled toilet for wheel chair client not apparent.

They were great. There is very limited parking out the front. Quite a large range of mobility aids. They had the one we wanted in stock which shouldn't have been a surprise. They price matched just as their web site said they would. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The actual sale process itself was quite slow and complicated for some reason. Out the back they had a little test track if you are after a battery powered mobility cart. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to go back

I recommend everyone not to buy anything from this company because they ignorance , has no respect to thier customers and they lack professionalism, I had a bad experience with them when I paid the money 3 months ago for a recliner chair but they have not delivered the chair and I am still waiting. I got in touch with them and I asked when my chair will be delivered , they said maximum before October 2022 but it is now 3 November.Warning!!!!!Don't pay money to these people unless they give you a date for delivery, because they not trustful

Bad service. I went in with my elderly mum today for a walker. A shop assistant showed us a model, then went back to her desk, and ignore us afterwards. We didn't know how the unit fold together, and asked if it had operating instructions, a shop assistant said no, and then grumpily showed us quickly how to fold it, missing out useful details. The unit was more expensive than some other shops.

I wouldn't buy from there if they had the best products and cheapest price.Staff were useless.Made us feel like we were interrupting their day.And for a shop selling mobility aids, the shop is very unfriendly. The hinged front door is heavy, and the internal steps a danger.Go elsewhere. Other great places around!

13 weeks after I ordered a recliner from Aidacare, I called ta second time to chase up on the delivery. I was told the recliner was yet to be upholstered and it would take another 3 weeks, maybe LONGER. That will be 16 weeks at least, almost double the lead time i was advised verbally. The worst thing is I had to call Aidacare to find out.If I knew how to, I would rate Aidacare minus Five star for after sale service.

Great experience with this company. Hiring equipment and purchasing equipment was a breeze. Very good infection control too at the hiring dispatch centre in Thomastown. Keep up the great work!
